Customer Cancellations
Customers may cancel appointments free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to cancellation fees.
Cleaner Cancellations
If a cleaning professional must cancel, the customer will be notified as soon as possible and offered rescheduling options.
No-Show Policy
If a customer is unavailable at the scheduled appointment time and reasonable access cannot be obtained, the appointment may be treated as a no-show.
Rescheduling
Customers may request appointment changes based on cleaner availability.
